By accessing and using PayPathIQ, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Payments
PayPathIQ may prepare a payment amount and send you to a Stripe-hosted checkout for the original creditor. The creditor remains the merchant, Stripe handles the card or wallet details, and PayPathIQ records only the payment status and accounting references needed to update the balance. PayPathIQ never receives or stores your card number, security code, or wallet credentials. Other methods, such as an approved bank transfer, are paid directly to the creditor.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayPathIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
